Your questions answered
Can any case be handled by Video Consultation?
No. Your request will first be reviewed by Dr. Moreno to confirm that your case can be properly assessed remotely. If an in-person examination is needed, an in-person consultation may be recommended.
What happens after I send my request?
Dr. Moreno will review your request to confirm that your case can be properly handled by Video Consultation. If it is suitable, you will receive access to the available dates and times to select your appointment and make the payment.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the instructions you need to join the Video Consultation.
No payment is required when you send your request. The process always includes a prior medical review before the appointment is made available.
How is it different from a Second Opinion?
The Video Consultation is a direct consultation with Dr. Moreno by video call, in which you can explain your case, review the information available and resolve any questions in real time.
The Second Opinion is aimed at reviewing a diagnosis or treatment that has already been proposed, based on reports, tests and medical images, and ends with a written report.
