Dr. Moreno was President of the 17th Congress of the European Association of Dermato-Oncology, held in Seville (2022).

As head of the Dermatology Department at Hospital Virgen Macarena in Seville, he developed and implemented the telemedicine system for skin cancer screening (2004–present).
